Undergraduate education at WNSL

Undergraduates are active participants in many aspects of experimental and theoretical research at WNSL. Every summer, several students from the Perspectives on Science program at Yale get involved in hands-on research at WNSL, and in most years, one or more students choose to do their senior projects at WNSL.

Undergraduates interested in part-time, summer, or senior project work in nuclear structure, nuclear astrophysics, or relativistic heavy ion physics are encouraged to contact professors in any of the three groups about possible research opportunities. For contact information, see the Nuclear Structure, Nuclear Astrophysics, or Relativistic Heavy Ion Group pages.
