We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard New Haven at Yale in downtown New Haven, located at 30 Whalley Avenue. The single/double rate is $159/night plus tax. In order to receive the discount, you must reserve the room prior to Monday, May 18, 2009.

Please indicate any special needs, roommate names (if sharing), and bed type preference when calling. Requests are not guaranteed, and are based on availability. Reservations made on the website are not eligible for the discount.
There is a nominal charge for parking at the hotel. The cost is $12/day, so keep this in mind if you are driving/carpooling. We will provide free Yale shuttle bus passes to the workshop (a three block walk to the shuttle stop), which is about a 20-minute ride to our facility. There is also parking available on campus. Please contact us if you need campus parking.
